While Jude is writing to a group of people long ago, the Truth of God’s Word never changes. The “scoffers, following their own ungodly passions,” were present then as they are now. So, what are the dangers of these unbelieving false teachers?
They cause divisions by teaching a gospel contrary to the Gospel of Jesus Christ through their limited human strength, “devoid of the Spirit.”
But as devoted followers of Christ, we have freedom in the Truth of Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
So, how do we battle the enemy's lies and stand firm in the Truth of God’s Word?
